Because of the customized nature of our services (which involve creator outreach, strategy, and creative execution), refunds may be limited or conditional depending on the circumstances.
That said, we always aim to do right by our partners and will carefully review any refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
Our services are tailored and often begin work shortly after payment. However, in certain cases, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
1. No significant work (such as creator sourcing, campaign planning, or outreach) has been initiated.
2. A campaign cannot be fulfilled due to issues on our end.
3. A billing error occurred on our part.
Refunds will not be issued if:
1. Work has already started or been delivered as outlined in the agreement.
2. Delay or dissatisfaction arises due to third-party platform issues (e.g., social media platform outages).
3. Services are declined after fulfillment or campaign strategy is approved.
Timeframe
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at [your email/contact form URL]. We will respond within 3 business days with a resolution or next steps.
What Happens Next
If approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. We’ll always keep you updated along the way.
